Default Upgrading? From JBL Northridge E Series to M&K - advice

Hello!

I've met someone locally who is parting with their Miller & Kreisel speakers. They have 2 fronts (S-100B with stands), a center (S-125B), and a subwoofer (MX-125 II).

I'm currently running JBL Northridge E Series E90's for my fronts, an EC35 for my center, and a KLH 10" 150w sub. I've already decided that I'm getting rid of my sub and I think the MX-125 II will be a great replacement for it. What I'm wondering about is the M&K fronts and center for my main soundstage. Would these be a big improvement over my current JBL's?

Any thoughts would be appreciated!

I sure hope so, because M&K's are fantastic, way better than any JBL northridge speaker.
