Problems with Serenity and BD-Live? - Blu-ray Forum

Hopefully someone out there can help me. Has anyone else been having any issues with the BD-Live feature on Serenity? Everytime I try to load this, I get the updating screen and the little bar starts creeping across showing me that it's doing it's thing, but then after a minute or so, the screen goes black then the Universl logo appears and the movie starts playing. Ive tried everything I can think of to get this to work but it's always the same outcome. 1st the Universal logo then the movie. My player is the Samsung BD-P1500.

Has this happened to you?

I have a PS3 and haven't had any issues getting into it.

I'm still awaiting a postage-paid envelope from Universal to replace my BD (for a seperate issue - mine freezes up during Chapter 14).
