Default Calibrate your tv with bias light on or off?

really wanted to start this as a new thread (can I moderator?), but I'll start here. Should you calibrate your tv with bias light on or off? I know there is a section on the Avia disc for setting the correct output for the bias lighting, but doesn't say anything about it while setting everything else. General Google search turned up nothing really. Thoughts?
