Default Any Members Own a CraftsMan SnowBlower ,I have a question

Hi

I bought a 24" 208CC SnowBlower Around X-Mas Pre-Assembled

It seems to be Messing up my drive Way with Scratches etc VIA the Scraper Bar Bolts.

How Many inc” away from the Ground are your Bolts, Also is your Bar right on that little ledge where It's suppose to sit or pushed all the way back.

I have already been to the store Where I bought it from and in the end Didn't help me one bit.

As to the skid plates they look to be the perfect Hieght

Here’s some Pictures to show what I mean

I'm not a mechanically inclined person or a snow blower owner but is it possible the bolts are installed up side down?

EDIT>>

Nope, found this pic:

I will look at the Skid plates again and seeand maybe raise them more but then I hope that black bar will take the snow.
