Have anyone successfully swith from off position the 24P capability. I can't. Have Vizio GV47L FHDTV, and Vizio company says it supports 24P. If you guys were sucessful, will you give me some helpful hint.

This has been covered many times.
The Pannasonic will not let you switch to 24p is the display doesnt properly communicate this via the HDMI EDID channels.
If Visio says your display officially supports 24p, then you will need a firmware update from them so that this is properly communicated as per the HDMI specs.
Look at your manual closely, funny how 24p is never mentioned.

The issue is with Visio not Pannasonic. sorry.
