Die Hard Collection at Best Buy - Blu-ray Forum

How much for Die hard collection at best buy? any special sale price? What about other store? Local Walmart doesnt have die hard or collection on blu. MY walmart just cut down blu asile and theres none here! Last two weeks there were more BDs but now lot HD Duds AM very disappointed in walmart but hardly buy anything from there anyway!

My local BB was selling the set for $109.99, and CC didn't have any of the Die Hard movies.

I got one of only two that they had at my BB today. I bought the second and last copy at 1030am. What the heck is up with BB..............only 2 box sets!!

Lets see 3 days from Black Friday. My bet is your local store is holding some copies back to sell then.

I find that Future Shop and Best Buy often have different prices from one another even though they are owned by the same company... Anyways, looks like it's futureshop for me, why pay extra?

I wish, but my good friend is the manager and he said that was all they got for today. Same thing with Oceans sets when they came out, they had two sets and have been sold out ever since. It's a med size store, so I would expect to see more.

The funny thing is when Spidy 3 came out they had limited #'s also, now only a few days ago, they put out about 75 copies. In time for x-mas and Black Friday I guess.

LIVE FREE OR DIE HARD wont play in the Samsung BDP1400
I was so ticked. I bought the disc today at CC for $29.95 and can't even play the damn thing. I called SAMSUNG and they said that it could be a week or 2 before a firmware upgrade is made that will make it compatible. This sucks. You pay almost $400 for a disc player that wont even play all blu ray movies. this is BS!

im not paying 109 for those four movies geez even the 2 disk set of 3 on dvd was over 100$ when that came out ... online for me

You're right it is BS.........I'm just glad I have a PS3 and just recommended a friend of mine who is looking at Blu-Ray players to avoid heartache and buy the PS3.

It really is a shame.....the HW and SW makers should coordinate.

Hopefully Samsung will get a firmware update out soon.

When I was at Best Buy 3pm, there was one box set left on the shelf. I passed it up because I don't have $110 to spend even though I want it. By the time I left, the last copy was purchased. Don't know how many they began with, but even 300 was in plentiful supply at the end of the first day.

It's one big blu-ray case, but it's more like Planet Earth in size than Smallville.

I like how the inner disc trays can lock in place, unlike the flimsy trays used on Planet Earth, which can easily pop out of place.
