It's a simple question. Do you drop the lid when you flush your toilet so that any particles and/or mist doesn't go flying around or do you just flush the toilet without a care in the world?

Personally, I drop the toilet lid.

Always drop the lid. We've got 3 kids under 5, and any delay in them putting any part of thier body (or toy) into the porcelain play puddle is a good delay.

I don’t “drop” the lid, I set it down b/c it drives me nuts when my 3 year old is done and she drops the lid. At least that way I know when she is and what she’s doing.
