Go to www.audiocheck.net and take the blind test. I'm much more sensitive to pitch than I am to loudness! Very interesting site.

There are also test tones and other helpful tools at this site.

Are you kidding me? I can hear a mouse fart in a tornado storm. Is that one of the outcomes?? LOL. I'll check out the site soon enough, I might be as a deaf as a WWII ship gunner. Who knows.

all the way down to 0.5db i got 10/10 and on 2c i got 8/10

Very good indeed! Have you tried the musical ones to see how well you recognize changes in pitch?

I contemplated it... if I knew the note scale i'd probably do it lol...

can u just "cheat" and turn ur system up louder though? at high volumes wouldnt u be more likely to notice the difference? what level should u have it at if so?
