Default Does anyone know how to do a factory reset on Elite Kuro 111FD

I called Pio and got some guy who seemed lost and told me they took that feature out for this model. This was after he put me on hold a few times and then came back with the response that I know cannot be true.

I tried on AVS forum but nobody has answered me yet. I guess I will try here and see if I can get an answer.

Thanx for the help.

PM Sonny if he doesn't show-up here shortly. If anyone knows, he will.

Not the same as doing one on a 5020 I suppose. Is it not in the manual?

I don't have the TV on now but I recall in the menus on the screen for picture etc. that there is an option to restore to factory settings or restore to default settings.

am not looking for picture setting resets...i want a factory reset...a hard reset

so i can go back to how it was when i first got the tv..

when it asked you if you wanted to have store or home settings...

Why does the display need to be restored?

Ok, the only way to do it is through the SM (service menu). I know other displays have very simple ways of doing it, but not the 111FD, sorry. What's the reason for the urge to restore it?
