Default Favorite Wartime Horror

Was watching Below the other night and started thinking of how many horror movies are out there that are set in a war. I've listed some of the ones I've watched. Don't know if I missed any. I left out films such as Dog Soldiers (not set during a conflict/war) and The Devil's Backbone cause i see this film as more horror/drama. I included The Guard Post cause technically, the DMZ is still a war zone. Right?

I'm going with The Keep too. I read the book prior to it coming out. Surprised when it came out as a movie.

I did see Below, it was OK. It came out around Blow. I remember asking someone if they had seen it and they got the two mixed up, they sound almost the same, totally different subjects.

Sounds like the same announcer on both trailers. Now that is creepy, lol.

They need to put this out on blu-ray. Don't think I've ever seen a good copy of The Keep.

Unless you saw it at the moves, 70mm, 6 channel Dolby. I think I rented it on VHS, lol.

in looking over this list I realized how weak of a sub-genre this is....

I don't even consider this a very good movie but I would have to agree with
THE KEEP as others have suggested (haven't seen it in over 25 years
however so not sure what I'd think of it today...)

Completely forgot about The Keep. I watched on HBO as a kid and from what I remember, it was ok. Also left out the French movie, Djinns. All the movies I listed are pretty good for what they are.
