Puncture Blu-ray

Anyone have any luck finding The Puncture Combo Pack? or Heard news of it's availability?

Best Buy didn't have any and their Online Store is listing it as "Backordered".... Amazon is listing it at a hefty 34.99 price tag and a 2-3 week wait. I mean conventional wisdom would suggest they probably pulled the plug on releasing one. I just would like to know for sure that a combo pack isn't happening before spending money on the single disc.
