Default XPS Laptop Bluray Drive?

Hi.
I've currently got a CD drive in my XPS M1210 laptop running Windows XP. I've been trying to find out (1) a place to buy a blu ray drive for it and (2) whether it will fit/work in my laptop.
I've seen that the XPS M1730 has a Blu-Ray option but Dell say that they don't sell it separately, and from a YouTube video it seems to be the same shape and connector, although I cannot be sure.

Does anyone know the model number of this dell supplied blu-ray drive or any others that will work with the laptop (I think it's called a EIDE/ATAPI interface)?

Also, will my current specs be able to watch a Blu ray movie (2GHz Core 2 Duo, 64mb(ded) 256mb(shared) GeForceGo 7000series, 1280x800 screen)?

Thanks for any info u can give.

You should have at least 256MB Dedicated VRAM for guarantee smooth playback for all Blu-ray movies. I don't know exactly which GeForce Go 7000 series you have with your system but you should have at least GeForce Go 7600.

Download Cyberlink BD Advisor from http://download.cyberlink.com/ftpdlo...T080429-01.exe to check whether your system meets the system requirement.
