Drive doesn't recognize Napoleon Dynamite

Can you open PowerDVD and point it at the drive and have it play the disc?

For Windows to see the disc in My Computer, there has to be a UDF reader present.
Sometimes, the machine "hiccups" and what used to work, may not.
Restart the machine and see if the disc is seen in My Computer.
