If you can find it, I believe the Polk CSi5 is the center that is voice-matched with the RTi8s. If you can't find it, you can go to : www.polkaudio.com and contact them for a recommended center speaker. As far as a subwoofer, it doesn't have to match the rest of your speakers. You have a wide variety of subs to choose from. If budget is a concern, you could always start out with something inexpensive and upgrade to something better later.

I currently have two PSW10 subwoofers. The PSW10 isn't the best sub out there, but it isn't that bad. I got the first one free when I purchased my other Polk speakers. I purchased the other one from newegg.com for $99. I figured two subs for $99 wasn't bad and I will probably upgrade them down the road anyway with something much better.

I'm not sure of the answer, but I've emailed polkcs@polkaudio.com a couple times with similar questions and they have answered within an hour both times!

I recently purchased four of the RTi8s from Fry's at this sale price ($150 each); two will be used for the mains and two will be for the sides. CSi3 and CSi5 are the center speakers that will match RTi8 (my order for CSi5 is in transit). CSi3 and CSi5 are discontinued models so I believe the newer model (CSi A4 and CSi A6) will also match as the specs are similar (CSi3 with A4 and CSi5 with A6). I have read that getting the bigger model (CSi 5 or CSi A6) is the better choice.
