Please Fix! / Don't Touch! - Blu-ray Forum

Ok, simple thread. List a movie you think should be re-made (Please Fix!) and a movie that should never be re-made (Don't Touch!). Feel free to use Bruce Pullen's definition of a remake (aka a sequel).

Please Fix: Clash of the Titans (apparently a remake is due for 2010)

Don't Touch: Casablanca

Please fix- Wargames the original was cool for its time but for todays standards the tech is dated a remake would be awesome.
Don't touch- Jaws if they ever remade this I would feed who ever is responsible to a shark.

I feel the same way about The Wizard of Oz, but I heard they are doing a CGI remake of it.

Please fix: Oh wait, they already re-made(and I believe fixed) the Batman franchise.

Don't Touch!: E.T. I would love to see what a-hole would dare (Spielberg included) to remake that film or even try for a sequel. (though I read Spielberg has vowed NEVER to make a sequel to it)

Wargames cannot be done again, it worked the way it worked because of the times. If you were to do it again, even by setting it in the early 80's, it would not have the same impact, we are no longer in the early 80's as a society.

Please fix all spoof movies. They used to be funny. (Space balls, Robin Hood Men In Tights, Naked Gun, etc...) Now we get meet the Spartans.
Dont touch my bathing suit area.
