Too bad! As a collector it really hurts to see such things. But I've seen worse in the different stores I was. Everybody takes them off the shelves and squeezes them back even if they don't fit in there anymore. Worst I've seen was a heavily mutilated copy of Iron Man. You couldn't even close the case anymore. I was asking the guy at the counter if by chance he has another copy but he denyed and said: "But why don't you take this one I'll give you a nice price reduction?" He couldn't believe I was not interested. Anybody else interested in it? It might be the last German Iron Man available in stores and still there!! Aaaargh!

I don't know... but since I never open my dvd/ (blu-ray steelbook), I like them 100% sealed.. but this one have a lot of hole in the plastic

Well I hope that you were able to get back at least some of your funds. Did the seller at least try to work with you? These things do happen sometimes...it sucks but I hope you got back a-lot of your money!

Question: If it's the last copy you could get in stores would you care about if the wrapping is partially ripped off but the steelbook is okay? Remember, it's the last one. Dents and scratches are out of question.

I just simply don't buy it!
If I am in store I have the right to "choose" buy or not.. but not I don't have a choice! Again I wouldn't buy it.

But I would buy it, if it were the only one left and I could not obtain a copy from anywhere else? Of course I would! Are you telling me Victor, that if there was a John Rambo steelbook sitting on a shelf (and you didn't have one in your collection already), and it had a dent that you would not buy it? Come on-may not like that it is dented, but I would rather have it in my collection then to not have it at all!

The answer is! I'll leave it there! Why bother buying it if I only want sealed one? You would buy a dent one? I'm sure you won't sell it again. For me unsealed = trash/worthless

Guys you can't tell me that a simple rip in the wrap (hehe) would hold you from buying the SB. If you're going to open it anyway...

Although I do understand that people that look to resell them or have a "perfect" copy would mind.
