New to Amazon.ca, Help. - Blu-ray Forum

Hi there, I decided last night I need to start buying my Blu-Rays from a cheaper source, So I checked out Amazon.ca, It looks like a good place to order from. My question is, If you buy from the (Marketplace) do we pay the for shipping a DVD which is $3.49 or do we pay for shipping a Video which is $6.49. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

And if it is $6.49, It almost seems cheaper to buy straight through Amazon rather then the (Marketplace Sellers) just because of the Free Super Saver Shipping rates, On orders over $39. What do you guys do? Thanks again.

Where are you shipping the items? Are you based in Canada or living in the U.S.? The difference is huge depending on the answer to my questions.

The $3.49 price is the shipping rate applied to Blu-ray purchases from Marketplace sellers on Amazon.ca. The $6.49 price applies to that ancient format, VHS. But if you want to be sure yourself, just go through checkout to the final page before the final checkout confirmation and it will show you the shipping charges.
