Default Wiring new Paradigms?

I am waiting for my new Onkyo 605 receiver to arrive, last part that I need to hook up my system. I just picked up some V5 Monitors. What's the best way to to wire the new speakers? Wired directly to the speaker or use connectors, like banana plugs?

I use banana plugs but be careful which you buy.

IMO, this type of design is not great:

Note how the plug is designed to connect and hold the the speaker terminal.

This design is much better imo (I use this type on my paradigms):

Use banana plugs. Unless your cable is either metal free or gold, it will oxidise and you'll lose signal information. Bi-wire if you have the option, bi-amp if you can - definitely worth doing!

I have QED X-Tube 400 with Airloc banana plugs which my dealer sorted for me. The Airloc system introduces no Oxygen (as the name suggests) to the solder and oxidation doesn't take place.

I think in total I paid £80 for the plugs. Worth every penny.
