Hey guys,
Well. Unfortunately against my advise my dad decided to buy this strange bose system Link for his 42' TV he got. now that he's geting into DVD's again he's wanting too make use of his high-def tv and wants me too get a blu-ray system. I think i have an idea of how i want to do this, but the only thing i'm wondering is how audio will work. i'm thinking of getting this samsung player from new egg Link since it has the output's i need. The way im thinking of doing this is using the HDMI Out on the player and connect it too the tv, then use the optical digital out and connect it too the bose system for the audio. Originally i wanted to just use AUX but that would only use 2-Channels. If i go with digital would the bose system still emulate the 5.1 surround it would normally do or would i still only get the usual channel's? thanks in advanced for any advice. |
