You may be surprised what turns out to be a good fight. The main card might be the strongest, but sometimes the undercard fights make up for that. Remember everyone starts somewhere and the undercards and fight nights put hungry dudes against hungry dudes.

I think Rampage will beat Jardine, but he's not a slouch either. He did knock out Forrest Griffin. But I agree, not a whole lot of upcoming UFC fights I want to see. But outside of UFC, we'll hopefully get Fedor-Barnett sometime in the summer, and I'm curious to see what kind of fights get announced for the upcoming Strikeforce shows now that they've got the Showtime deal. |

I agree. The main events coming up are lacking a bit, especially compared to the ones we have been getting for the past few months.
I do think that Sanchez vs. Stevenson will be a good fight though. I hope Joe Daddy wins that one, he lost his last two and needs a win. Jackson should definitely be fighting Evans for the title. I don't understand him fighting the Dean of Mean right now either. Alvez vs. GSP should be a good fight. After that I'd like to see him fight A. Silva. It would be nice to see GSP take an ass whuppin. I don't think the next Silva vs. Leites fight will amount to much. UFC 100 is just around the corner. Look for that to be a stacked card. |

I don't remember GSP ever saying that he would move up to fight Anderson Silva. It is just something everyone wants to see.
I wouldn't call Jardine washed up. He is still a relatively new fighter. He has had some success beating people he probably (on paper) beat, but he has been beat by people (on paper) that he shouldn't have as well. I think he was thrown into the deep water before he should have been. That being said, he should not be fighting Jackson right now. Jackson beat W. Silva, W.Silva beat Jardine. Why is Jackson fighting Jardine? Doesn't make sense. He definitely should be fighting Evans. |
