Just picked up Planet Earth Blu for $49.99! - Blu-ray Forum

I wasn't sure were to post this but figured I would be safe here. I was wondering around my local Best Buy when I decided to check out the blus. I have been wanting to pick up the Planet Earth set for a while but really couldn't justify dropping $80+ on it. Well, they had it on sale for $59.99 so I figured that I would grab it but when I took it up to the register It rang up for the usual higher price.

I told the clerk that it was advertised in the blu-ray section for the $59 price so she went back to check and apologized numerous times. I told her not to worry about it and she continued to ring me out as usual. She told me that a manager needed to approve the price and after one did I noticed that she rung it up for $49 instead of $59!

I pointed it out to her (didn't want her to get in trouble for it) she told me not to worry about it and I was out the door with a brand new copy of Planet Earth for $52 and some change! Not bad
