France Can't shop at Amazon.fr

Hi, I'm from Portugal and I've orderer from many amazon's (USA;UK;GER).
But in amazon.fr, every time i enter my credit card and CVV(which is not requested on amazon.co.uk) they send me a mail telling me to change the credit card. I enter 3 differentes credit cards and still can't get right.
Unfortunately, every time i enter a credit card they take 1€ and then tell me to change anyway. Can someone help me?

Thanks

Hello,

the best would be to submit your problem directly to them : http://www.amazon.fr/gp/help/custome...odeId=15751111

I have ordered from Amazon.fr a few times, and I have never had any problems. Except for the high prices, that is...

I can't see where's the problem. I use all standart credit card data which was good for over 20 orders at amazon.co.uk and amazon.com.
The only difference is the Cryptogramme visuel which i think is the CVV and i put my 3 digits correctly. I lost 6€ now from the process of authentication of amazon.fr and i'm really upset with this.

Do you use the same account (i.e. same e-mail address login & password) for all Amazon's or are you using a different account at Amazon France ? If it's the latter, then you should try using the same account as for the other Amazons. There's no guarantee that will work, though.

This is a good tip. I have the same account for the US, UK and the French Amazon site. I just log on with my username and password, and I'm good to go.

As for the 6 EURO you have lost, I'm sure Amazon will refund you these. Amazon have always provided great customer service!

I had the same problem as the OP a couple of months ago. I don't even know if they charged me 1€/order for it. I tried to order a BD with my Visa Electron card and thought the problem was the Visa Electron callback to my bank for verification of funds. I would still like to know why Amazon.fr doesn't work out as the other Amazons.
