United Kingdom Saw 1-7 Blu-ray Box set question

Next week the complete boxset of Saw comes out on Blu-ray. It has all 7 of the saw films.
https://www.blu-ray.com/movies/Saw-1-7-Blu-ray/26369/

But the question is: Will it include a Blu-ray 3D version of Saw: The Final Chapter.

Has anyone got this yet? What is the packaging like? What versions of the films are they? Are they all the current releases placed in a box? any new features?

Didn't even know this was getting a release. Price is too high right now, if it drops to around 35£ I'll buy it.

I agree, it looks really nice. But I already have 1-7 anyway. So I don't know if I'd like to shell out for a box. I wouldn't get anywhere near the price for the complete set if I sold mine.

can anyone provide a breakdown of the audio/video specs on each release? The box set is released under Lionsgate - are we getting a mix of the existing EiV releases or are they all the US Lionsgate versions?

EiV Saw & Saw II had DTS-HD MA whereas Lionsgate were only 5.1 EX & DTS-ES

going by the youtube video. it looks like the 7 disk already released in the UK in a new box.
so that would make it mix of EiV and Lionsgates disks.

on the video you can see the EiV logo on first 2 disks

I just recieved this box from the UK here in Holland.
All Blu rays are in region B. Part I and Part II are the ''normal'' versions. Part III to The Final Chapter are all the Extreme editions. All Blu rays have English subs, Part IV even has Spanish subs.. The whole box is very nice packaged. It feels heavy and it's quality stuff. For the fans of the series it's highly recommended. All seven movies on Blu ray for the first time in one box.
It only lacks big extra's, besides the normal extra's on the Blu rays as there is no bonus disc..

Some people see '1080i' and automatically think that it's going to look like shit. I can't speak for any of these movies but I've seen some really good 1080i transfers.

In EiV's defence, the transfer isn't actually that bad. 1080i or not, the Saw films (especially the early ones) are hardly stunning showpieces and for what it's worth, the transfer does the job.
