Default Solid color burn-in? Is it possible?

Just a quick question-

So i got a Mini-DVI - HDMI cable from Monoprice so i could hook up my iMac to my TV, and im just wondering...
I have it set so i can just drag my windows over to the TV whenever i feel like it, but if there's no windows opened on the TV, it just displays my desktop background (which can be set separately from the TV and iMac)
So, im just wondering... It would obviously be bad for me to leave my God of War 3 desktop that i have on my iMac monitor being displayed on the TV for a long time... but if i set the TVs background to just a straight, blank abstract boring color (like blue or something...), would it burn in?

Simplified version of the question
If the TV is displaying one color - full screen - for multiple hours at a time, can that one color some how "burn in"?

Thanks guys. I looked for help on google but found nothing.
