I'll pick up the U.S. release of Rounders in April since it will be loaded with special features and more than likely a better PQ/AQ

Rounders and Se7en

Alliance kicks all kinds of ass when it comes to PQ/AQ. Sin City and Dusk Til Dawn are gorgeous films to look at in Blu. Bare bones as hell when it comes to extras, but good thing I'm not an extras kind of guy.

ill be waiting for this and the US release of se7en, both fantastic films, and ones i would definitly want the special features for

Well, Rounders already was announced for an April release by Disney, and that should be fully-loaded. Traffic will only be good if they don't use the existing Universal transfer.

Normally Alliance's PQ/AQ is very close to the American release. I'll be picking up Se7en, Traffic, and Requiem for a Dream for sure.

I have faith in Universal that they will re-do it. They changed the masters on the fast and the furious sets so its a good chance. They did say they were going back to redo titles they put out on Hd-DVD that wasn't up to par. We have a good chance for this one.

Alliance has only released the Criterion transfer of Traffic, so who knows how it'll look. My guess is quite fine.

Also due on March 3rd in Canada is The World's Fastest Indian. This film IS already available on Blu-ray from Magnolia Home Ent. in the US, however it is a "Modified Director Approved 1.78:1 Transfer". The previous Alliance DVD was 2.35:1 (original theatrical ratio, sadly non-anamorphic). I'm hoping the Alliance blu will be 2.35:1. This film I'm sure shines in hi-def!

can't wait for a review on se7en. I bought my first alliance title (Good Will Hunting) and it looked great...so I am hoping for much of the same!

We won't know until release day. I am definately picking it up on Mar. 3rd. The only thing that would make me change my mind is if they put out the wrong aspect ratio like they did with Hostage.
