Default Buying Too Much!

Busy month! Good sales have forced me to purchase:

Megamind
Tangled
Bambi x2 (for resale)
Meet The Parents
Meet The Fockers
Little Fockers
How To Train Your Dragon
Shrek Forever After

Is anyone else buying too many movies?

hmm i don't buy as many as you do (for that range of price) but i think i buy too much too.

i can't pass a week without buying, that explains i have so many unwatched piles.

i can't help it, it's just what i love doing. Oh my.

I think I love it too much. After a hard week of exams I like to reward myself with a few movies - like ice cream to a kid

I did spend $32 on HP7 A little too much in my opinion. I guess if felt like buying 2-3 blu-ray movies. I also picked up the 3 scream movies for $25. I plan on hitting up BB tomorrow to pick up Train Dragon for $14. Way to much money on movies.

But I got them all at great prices. That's what I hate, bargains.

Man, that is exactly what I did while I was in school. My rule was that if I did well on a test, then I'd buy a blu. I did really well so there weren't many weeks I didn't treat myself to one. I found out that you needed to set little milestones in college, and one of mine was getting through a long stretch of tests so I can watch my movies. Oh and an occasional nap to recharge my batteries.

No, even though I've bought 5 Disney movies over the last 4 weeks, my problem is I really want to buy something, but can't seem to find anything I want to spend the money on.

The other day i bought Scream 1,2,3, The Green Mile Digibook and Collateral which i considered a splurge. I try and set aside a small budget for blu-ray movies and i never try and dip into money for bills, food, etc just to get one. I've stayed away from steelbooks lately so that has saved me some good money to buy more catalog titles and other movies i have been wanting on blu-ray.

I was really slowing down my purchases lately, limiting it to like 1 or 2 a month, but after seeing the Columbia House thread in the deals section, I have kick started back up with about 10 movies ordered. I plan on ordering another wave shortly! Figured I might as well get my catalog titles out of the way.

I haven't been buying as much as I used to, just cause of budget reasons. But, my income tax return comes soon (yes I did it late) so, I know alot of that money will be gravitating towards buying blu's.

early this morning I checked my email. Got excited because a BD i wanted had tracked at the right price. Really happy cause I have around 80 bucks in Amazon credit right now. However of course the BD was from Amazon UK so I had to buy instead of using my credit. I try to limit myself to $75 - $100 a month on BD's. But when I order from Yes Asia and other overseas sites I tend to go over budget which is every month now

A wizard is never late, nor is he early, he arrives precisely when he means to.

I really thought I was going to slow down this year as I had a little over 100 Blu-ray movies, but man was I wrong.

January:
Planet Of The Apes (1968)
Mrs. Doubtfire
Castaway
Lake House

March:
Firewall
Changeling
The Treasure Of The Sierra Madre
War Of The Worlds
The Running Man
Out Of Time
Soylent Green
Escape From The Planet Of The Apes
The Greatest Story Ever Told
The Ten Commandments

April:
Beneath The Planet Of The Apes
Fireproof
Battle For The Planet Of The Apes
Mortal Kombat
Wating for shipment
Anaconda
Dropzone
Cliffhanger
Insomnia
Heat
Carlito's Way
Tyson
Over The Top
The Maltese Falcon
The African Queen

I didn't expect to get these many movies but too many good deals have been popping up lately. Especially from Columbia House
