Weird dilemma: Transsiberian or Sukiyaki Western Django? - Blu-ray Forum

I want to complete an order at amazon and, because of price issues, I've reduced my choices to Transsiberian or Sukiyaki Western Django.

I'm a pretty eclectic person so I like both thrillers and cult movies.

Any opinions?

I was really disappointed with Sukiyaki Western Django, so I would go with Transsiberian. Have you already seen both, or are you just trying to get an idea of what most people think is better?

I thought Django was terrible, usually like those types of movies. Never seen the other one though.

What are the prices?

I got Transsiberian for about 7 dollars brand new. I've heard mixed things about Western Django.

So, my advice it really depends on which one is cheaper.

Both are worth a watch. I kept Sukiyaki and sold or traded Transsiberian. Transsiberian audio is not lossless, if I correctly recall, and if that matters to you.

Have not seen Sukiyaki Western Django, but Trans was a very entertaining flick. A little Hitchcocky.

I haven't seen any of them. amazon price is $11.49 for each of them.

I've decided to follow the majority's advice and go with Transsiberian. Thanks all.

Saw and definitely did not enjoy Django. That may be a niche movie some people love, but it didn't come close to doing it for me. Thus I recommend Transsiberian.

The US version of Sukiyaki Western Django is edited. I have the Japanese DVD and it's the full 2hr cut.
