What do you mean "not detectin it"? Not sending a signal? Not turning the amp on automatically?

Never messed with the 806, but do you have sub set to yes in SP setup? I have the H-100 as well and the first time I used the auto-calibration on my older Onkyo, I had to turn the sub power to ON instead of auto. After the first calibration, the auto mode worked fine.

Yeah, as I replied to you in my pm, you have to run Audyssey's setup. Set the gain to 50-75%, turn the crossover dial(s) all the way up, and run the mic calibration. I'd second turning the sub to "ON" until setup is complete.
