Default microsuede vs velvet

What's better for doing the whole room..I noticed velvet has a shine to it and might reflect with the projector

It would be really helpful if you created a gallery and added pictures. That would give us a better idea of what to suggest to you.

If you're worried about people rating an unfinished room, you can simply disable room ratings until the room is completed.

BTW, I have 3 dogs and a kid, so my answer is coming from that perspective. I would never choose velvet over microfiber. With microfiber virtually anything can be simply wiped off with water and a cloth. Velvet is generally not as durable, and it also shows water spots.

no pics...youll just have to wait ...anyway i chose the microfiber due to cost to size ratio....
all i really wanted to know was which would reduce relections more...but i think microsuede will as theres no shine to it

That black felt looks great. How much was it per sq yard?

i don't remember. but it wasn't much and a lot less than the others i looked at.

also. no matter what you use, there will be some kind of reflection off of it.
the objective is to keep it minimal.
