Default Blu-ray HTPC audio question

Hi, I'm in the first stages of putting together an HTPC for my 52" Samsung LCD. Right now the only thing holding me back is concern over audio processing of Blu-ray discs. I've searched and googled and can't seem to find a definitive answer. First off, here is my current potential list of core components:

ASUS P5Q Pro LGA 775 Intel P45 ATX Intel Motherboard - 119.99

Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 Wolfdale 3.0GHz 6MB L2 Cache LGA 775 65W - 164.99

LG Black 6X Blu-ray DVD-ROM 16X DVD-ROM 40X CD-ROM SATA Internal Combo LG Blu-ray/HD DVD-ROM & 16X DVD±R DVD Burner Model GGC-H20LK - 109.99

POWERCOLOR AX4650 512MD2-S3 Radeon HD 4650 512MB 128-bit GDDR2 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready Video Card - 68.99

I have a 5.1 audio system. Will I get 5.1 audio out of this setup? I have read that the newer HD audio formats won't come through with this but as long as I get good sound similar to Dolby or DTS I can live with that. However if the sound is bad, that would prevent me from building this until the technology catches up.

Any thoughts or comments on my situation?

Thank you,
