Legends of Jazz & PS3 - Blu-ray Forum

Does anybody has Legends of Jazz (supposed to be All Region)?

I just got it in the mail, put it in my PS3, but it says Cannot Play This Video.

Any suggestions?

minimoke this was a known issue several months ago and the company issued replacement discs. There's a thread about it from last year. If I find it, I'll merge your post to it (You can also try using the Search function.

I didn't find it when searching Legends of Jazz,

but after your response, I searched for LRSmedia and found it,

I'll try contacting LRS, since I bought the BD over ebay. No distibutor in Belgium.

Hi there,

As I have a faulty disc and I bought it through ebay, and living in Belgium, it seems the people at LRS Media don't care.

I have sent multiple emails, asking if something could be arranged, but havn't heart a thing so far. The only thing I know is that the emails have arrived.

Does anybody have an idea how I could reach somebody... And who is the person I have to contact?

Thanks in advance.

I realy look forward playing some jazz on the PS3.

I'm in the same situation as you... i called LRS a while back and they said that because I didn't buy the disc from an authorized distributor, they wouldn't send me a copy that worked...

What should happen if I send the faulty disc to them (on my costs)

Would they just ignore or would they have the courtesy to send one back?
