Default 52in LCD Recommendation

Hello Friends,

I'm looking to upgrade from a 42in Vizio LCD TV. I'm wanting to jump up to a 52in display and was hoping some of you could provide some good recommendations.

I currently have an XBOX 360 and a Samsung BD-P1500 Blu-Ray Player.

Of course I would like 1080p and 120hz. I'm really looking for a GREAT PQ!

Thanks in advance.

I also have the Samsung LN650A52 and could not be happier. The PQ will blow you away! I paid 2400 for mine and they can be had for much cheaper now. You won't be dissapointed.

I would recommend the TV that I will be receiving on Friday. The Sony KDL-52W4100. Consumer Reports rated this TV the same as the Samsung LN52A650. These are the best under $2000 Tvs around. In the end it comes down to your lighting situation. If this TV will be in a room with a lot of light then The Sony is the way to go because the Samsung has an extremely reflective screen. If the TV will be in a somewhat dark room then the Samsung is the Tv for you. Whichever of the 2 Tvs you get the Picture Quality is sure to blow your mind

They all have the same important specifications (contrast ratio, inputs)- the 750 adds more interactivity for the user, stuff like weather reports, media card slots that come packed with activities, recipes, stuff like that, while the 850 is under 2" thick. That's a basic rundown.

I got one and I love it.. Alot of tv's are hit and miss. People think that the higher models are always better.. but when it comes to tv's thats not always the case.. Sometimes companies will release a model that has little to no flaws.. and then they will release the next version of the tv and it blows.. The Samsung LN52A650 was one of the best they have ever made.. This tv is amazing in picture quality.. The blacks are actually black..
