Default Which of these settings is best for my reciever?

So on my computer i can output sound with the following options, dont really know to much about them but i was wondering what i should go with based on the equipment in my sig below, the options are as follows

2 Channel, 16bit, 44100Hz
2 Channel, 16bit, 48000Hz
2 Channel, 16bit, 88200Hz
2 Channel, 16bit, 96000Hz
2 Channel, 16bit, 176400Hz
2 Channel, 16bit, 192000Hz
2 Channel, 24bit, 44100Hz
2 Channel, 24bit, 48000Hz
2 Channel, 24bit, 96000Hz
2 Channel, 24bit, 192000Hz

Curently its set at 2 channel, 16bit, 44100Hz

would any other option be beneficial to me??

As you go down that chart, the sampling rates and bit depths increase. You've chosen CD quality, the lowest combination on the list. If you have source material recorded at high resolutions than that, you would be downconverting to CD quality.

Check your receiver manual to see what resolution it accepts. Most do 48kHz/24 bit. Some do 96/24. I suggest you set your computer output to match the highest resolution your receiver accepts.

does anyone know what the 806 can take, i only ask because i dont have my owners manual and my adobe reader crashes whenever i try to open the digital version....
