Default Kevin Smith - New Bruce Willis film

http://www.variety.com/article/VR111...goryid=13&cs=1

Could be interesting. Personally, I like the "original" title

Well at least it's a comedy, should be okay. Thread should have read "Kevin Smith goes to The Dark Side!" jk

Those two (Willis & Morgan) aren't a pair that I would immediately think of, but it sounds funny, plus Kevin Smith films rarely disappoint.

They really should keep the original title though.

Then Wal Mart would have sold copies that said "A Couple of..."

It's interesting that Kevin Smith is doing a mainstreem buddy cop movie. I know that bruce has been wanting to work with him since Live Free...

I can't stand Tracy Morgan. They really have to pull something special off for me to be interested.

Couldn't agree more that they should have kept the original title.

What happened to Ranger Danger and the Danger Rangers? I was seriously looking forward to that being Smith's next feature.

Also, still waiting on that feature length animated Clerks picture.

I gotta be honest though, Willis is great and Smith is great, so this'll be great, even if Tracey Morgan can only manage mediocre.

ps wait... Smith is just directing and not involved with writing, eh? I don't know if this'll be the gem we think it might be then. Smith is a capable director, I suppose, but the real reason I've always liked his films was in the writing.

Didn't he say Clerks 2 happened instead of the feature length animated Clerks?

I agree. His writing is what stands out... but it's also kind of interesting to see him direct something he didn't write for the first time.
