Default Too Many Distractions

I had the Blu ray of Hellboy II from Blockbusters on-line for the past three weeks unopened. For the past weeks I intented to watch this movie but, I get distracted by recordings on my DVR (BattleStar, StarTrek, 24, etc..) other movies via DirecTV premium channels and playing PS3 games. I finally said to hell with it and returned the movie this morning. Just wonder if any one else ever rent movies with the intent to watch and never get around to them and just return them un watched?

P.S. I know it was a waste of money holding on to it this long and I'm sure Hellboy II will show up on DirecTV premium channels soon.

But it's in 1080p and has a 7.1 DTS HD MA audio track.

We (the wife and I) sometimes delay watching our Netflixed movies for a week or two, but we never return them un-watched. That to me seems kind of silly. Just watch the dang flick already!

This has happened to me......kids change everything. What seems like the best laid out plans suddenly become a string of events.....and a week will pass before you know it....

I return stuff to blockbuster online without watching it all the time! Its usually because I either just don't feel like watching the one they sent me, or b/c something new just came out that I want to get. I think it took me like 3 weeks to watch Hellboy when I got it

All the time. Leatherheads, Let The Right One In, and Role Models are in the mailbox today. In my defense I finished only half of LTROI and RM because that's as much as I could watch without falling asleep.

As much as I love movies and sometimes TV shows, it's not easy to say "for the next hour and a half or more I'm going to a stare at a screen."

Maybe I have extremely minor attention problems.

PQ alone doesn't do it. I couldn't finish Horton Hears A Who and that movie is gorgeous.

Hellboy 2 was eye-candy though.
