"The Expendables" - New castings

Steve Austin, Buffy's Cordelia Join "Expendables"

WWE veteran "Stone Cold" Steve Austin and "Buffy"/"Angel" star Charisma Carpenter have joined cast of Sylvester Stallone's "The Expendables" reports Variety.

The action-adventure follows a team of mercenaries on a mission to overthrow a South American dictator.

Forest Whitaker, Eric Roberts, Jason Statham, Jet Li, Randy Couture, Dolph Lungdren and Mickey Rourke are already signed to star alongside Stallone who wrote and will direct.


Hmmm, pretty interesting cast so far huh? Does Stallone have this much Pull in Hollywood still? Yea, most are not really A-List anymore, aside obviously from Forest Whitaker, but Charisma Carpenter is smokin' Hott! -- Hopefully he'll film her accordingly.

(Hopefully this wasn't posted already -- I know there have been a thread or 2 on this movie, but I didn't see anything Recent)

This will probably be the best movie every. Pretty much throw in anyone who was popular in the 80's/90's put them all in one movie. Watch them kick ass and enjoy the what I'd assume in 1.5 hours of the film and then watch it again haha. I can't even see how this movie could be a failure it has Dolph Lundgren in it hahaha. And every other Hollywood martial arts name attached to it as well minus Jackie Chan.

I hope Dolph gets the axe first.....have Stone Cold and Couture go at it and have Rourke be the last man standing...going to be a good flick still like all these guys and new girl is absolutely in the top twenty of hotness.....

Yes and it's too bad they are not there along with JCVD. That would make this movie so cool if they were all in it.

what a movie that would be!!!!bring all the greats back into the fold to re-start a career or to like Rourke's..... great idea.......i would definitely pay to see that....Chuck Norris for PREZ...
