Default Hiding speaker wire against baseboards (no carpet)

I've been trying to find something like this

but will run against a baseboard, rather than on the floor (it would look funny against the tile).

However, the only thing I've been able to find are these clamp/nail things, which I'm sure would be fine, but seems like it would be more work, easier to mess up, and have the possibility of leaving marks (I'm renting).

If you know of anything like this PLEASE let me know! Thank you!

you can get these at lowes. they come with an adhesive backing so that you can put them up against base board, up on walls and so on. cannot remember how much i paid for them now but it was something like $10 for 2

I'm no carpenter or even a DIY guy, but could you not remove the 1/4-round finishing strip and tuck in the wire underneath the baseboard, as I think there is usually some space there? Then just put back the 1/4-round.

If not, try an electrical supply store and maybe even IKEA (they have lots of different oddities there, if I can say that).

Hey John, I just bought what your looking for at Home Depot for about 16 bucks but did not end up using it after all. You can place it on top of the base board and paint over it to match your wall. It's 2 pieces, one is screwed into the wall and the second is the cap that goes on top of it to hide all your wiring.

use "cord cover" as the key words on home depot for the different options. Here is the one I bought:

this would look pretty clean too. I've seen some pretty elaborate covers at Lowes and Home Depot.
