Looking for information on a potential new box set for Saw 1-8 - Blu-ray Forum

I came across this recently on eBay and decided to do some digging to find out what exactly it is, since we don't have an entry for it on the site database. Literally the only information I could find about this release was on Twitter and it didn't help explain much. I can't tell when this was released, where it was released, or anything at all that isn't listed directly on the back of the slipcover. Any help? Is this just a very convincing bootleg or what?

Just this release with a slipcover, sold in Walmart I believe.
