Reward Zone has coupons for $20 off each of these games. Would Best Buy let me price match amazons prices then use the coupon as well? This would bring the total down to less than $2.

No that's double dipping and you are only allowed to use one promotion

They let me do it on Borderlands 2 - ended up at $9 ($29.99 sale at Amazon and a $20 off coupon).
