I watched this yesterday and thought it was pretty good. In essence it was just an hour and 45 minute episode of Curb Your Enthusiasm with more guest stars, as Larry David was pretty much playing a version of his Curb character, with a lot of situations that would fit in an episode of Curb. Still funny though, and a good way to tide over Curb fans until the next season of Curb (whenever that ends up being).

On a side note, it was kind of surprising to see

I'm missing something about Larry David, has he EVER been funny besides tying his name to Jerry Seinfeld?

(I remember hearing he started out as a SNL writer for a season....who only wrote one sketch that ever made the cut.)

Curb Your Enthusiasm is one of the funniest shows ever made, so there's that too.

Not your type of humor maybe.

I thought this was great though. It was easily as good as the best Curb episodes. The whole "blowing Chicago" gag was hilarious.

Seinfeld would always have been a successful comedian but Seinfeld would have never happened with out David.

Also, Curb is a better show.
