Memorex Blue-ray 2510 wont read/play DVD - Blu-ray Forum

Guys my Memorex 2510 wont play DVDs. It used to (widescreen), but not anymore. All of the sudden, it stop playing DVDs widescreen. I call Memorex Support and they did some troubleshooting, I even updated the firmware and the result was even worse. Now, the player can not read some DVDs, the ones that it reads are played in a 4:3 type of format.

Any help would be really appreciated.

Take it back if you can...something is badly wrong with it.
