I'm not sure if I really agree with everything on the list presented, but I thought it was cool that a Blu-ray player made MSNBC's list of "15 of the greatest tech designs ever". Just thought I would share.

I love how he mentions the 1080p video and then says it has "Dolby Digital" as if it's state-of-the-art.
EDIT: I checked just to make sure, and indeed, the player he mentions has internal decoding for DTS-HD MA and Dolby TrueHD. He mentions Netflix connectivity later on... maybe that's what he was talking about? Last edited by UFAlien; 07-30-2009 at 02:14 AM. |
