I purposely leave out characters like John Doe,Patrick Bateman,Anton Chigurh,Hannibal Lecter because they are either too evil or totally crazy that they believe they doing right thing.

I say Biff is more despicable than Anton. Atleast Anton had balls to do his own job risking his own life all the time.Biff is completely coward and therefore more despicable than Anton. That being said,if I choose which villain I wouldn't want to go against,it would be easily Anton.
