Anyone know who is selling the steelbook versions of the upcoming BOND releases in Canada? Usually Futureshop does , but I can't find any info on their site.

I believe they are only amazon.com exclusive this time so unfortuantely, nothing for us Canadians

Well, last time the steelbooks were Amazon AND Best Buy/ Future Shop exclusives, and heck, my the Future Shop down the street from where I work has still has a ton of them in stock (in addition to several other DVD steelbooks like Die Hard, Indy 4 and such).

But as for the new ones, it's still a mystery, I'm hoping that all 5 Bond releases at the end of the month (so, including Quantum of Solace and Never Say Never Again- the only two I actually plan on buying), and it could still be in the cards, but I'm not gonna hold my breathe. Cause sometimes they have exclusives that are in store only, and we only find out about them when the flyer comes, which is what I'm hoping is what might be happening.

Amazon.com comes to $130 CDN for 3 movies. Can't pay that much for Steelbooks.

I vaguely remember Future Shop being really slow to announce the first set of Bond steelbooks. Didn't they wait until about 1-2 weeks prior to the actual release date before posting it on their website? I'm betting they'll get the exclusive Bond steelbooks again for Canada but, once again, be tardy with posting pre-orders.

That is correct, we didn't know FS was going to do the previous Bond movies until a couple weeks before release.

What I've noticed with Futureshop is that they won't reveal the information until their flier comes out. Like when the flier came out the Friday before The Dark Knight was released, they showed "Exclusive Dark Knight Steelbook".

So, expect to see something in the March 20th National flier.

These 3 are the first amazon.com James Bond Blu-Steels.

Let us hope that the rest of the Bond blu-ray series will end up on steelbook editions. It will really grind my gears if suddenly the rest of the Bonds release in only standard packaging.

That sucks guess I'll be hitting the Ebay train on this set.
I did pretty good with the first 6 although I have yet to get them in the mail.

Why would you do that? They are also available on Amazon and they ship worldwide. Thankfully, you won't have to pay eBay scalper price on these Bond SteelBooks.

Yea I agree I got a good deal on the first 5 mind you ranging from 13.50 to 22.75 all from one seller in Canada shipping was interesting.
The 6th was the problem (Goldeneye) different seller only charging $6 for shipping and auctioned for $24.
If I can get away without paying more than $30 I'm in Amazon or Ebay
