Default Bolt Packaging/Case?
So I'm a complete idiot! While opening my copy of Bolt (Blu-Ray) I ripped off not only the plastic wrap but the covering of the actual case.

Does anyone know if they sell replacements for that type of case. It seems to be rare since it's a three disc case.

If anyone has any ideas please let me know.
