Sharp BD HP21U does not play - Blu-ray Forum

Hi, I got a Sharp BD HP21U from a online store called "6th Ave", but it does not play the Blu-Ray disc I got from blockbuster. After reading complete, nothing showed up. What should I do?

I check the "Version" from "menu", it showed "PN 8XXX", but when I check the Sharp website, its latest firmware is "PN 9xxx". Should I upgrade the firmware? How?

definitely upgrade the firmware.

I just updated the software a couple of days ago. Wouldn't play "Twilight" It couldn't have been easier. Took around 10 minutes, and worked perfectly after that
