Sounds like its a DVD in a Blu-ray case. The case of it looks like its fake.

the cover has "the look and sound of perfect". thats on a lot of hd dvd covers. amazon doesnt have a listing for a blu ray version, only dvd and hd dvd

the company has offices in hong kong and china but even though they have an office in the usa, i would be cautious because the term bootleg comes to mind.

Not only does the case for it look fake, but printed on crappy paper with crappy ink. Looks like its been sitting in the sun for a while

This film was released on HD-DVD during the format war, and the printed insert is the exact same so it's probably either a dvd or the hd-dvd version placed in a blu-ray case.

The only legit Blu-ray release of Atonement is courtesy of Studio Canal - available in France under Reviens-moi (with imposed French subtitles).

Um, yep.

I have this on HD DVD. It is just the coverart from the HD DVD placed nicely inside a BD case.
