Gerneral Chat...Thread..

For the Super Duper Almighty Mods....is there anyway that we can have a General Chat Forum, we had an official one and it was closed.If post counts is an issue is there anyway a member would be able to post in General Chat and not get a post credit and as usual all the rules of the site would be applied.

its possible, but since post count isnt even shown, its a non issue.

I suggested that to Blue a long time ago, as thats how the water cooler(their off topic) is at HDD. But honestly I dont think its about the post counts. I dont think there is anyone here that has an issue with a general discussion thread but looking at the end result of the one there, it was a disaster

The old give an inch, take a mile scenario

That thread was closed at the Op's request

Just post here, just follow the forum rules(no religion, politics)

well honestly, if it was being abused, then the abusers deserved a vacation. why ruin it for everyone?

and i only had the most posts because i was being held responsible for it getting out of hand. so i had to constantly remind you guys to stop doing what you were doing......... it didn't work so i didn't want to take to blame for it so i asked for it to be closed. hello irony

DP had a good set of rules to follow when he started the first one, it just bad that it got to the state where it went.Most of the guys did stick to it.
