Just got into this show, so I'm glad to see it will receive a Complete Series release. Can't wait to pick this up!

It's so out there that I find it really enjoyable. And it looks great.

Since it's a shortened season 5 the price point hopefully won't be too high in stores. I might just end up picking it up when it comes out instead of waiting for the DD Black Friday sale.

So I got the Complete Series series set today. Was a little disappointed that the set is larger then I'd prefer. I don't know how many here on blu-ray.com here that consider one of the perks of buying blu-ray is having a slimmer smaller case with many of these movie and tv series.

But 1 issue with amazon is that they once again sent a collectors box set in a jiffy....... stop doing this amazon.

and a Major issue my Complete 5th season in the box did not come with a digital code.

No one ever said blurays are supposed to have smaller cases. If you've ever seen a season set it a complete series set the you would know they are bigger and thicker most of the time the regular Blu-ray cases. Is it really that big of a deal?

I didnt say it was an issue only a disappointment on my end. While I have gotten many complete sets of shows and movies this is the biggest aside from Batman tas but that had more then just discs. I just personally always found it a perk that they dont take up much space.

So is the complete series set just the five individual cases in a slipbox?

Also, I’m definitely annoyed when studios put out these shows in wider-than-necessary cases. You can fit four discs in a regular-sized Blu-ray case easily.

kindof mad I didn't take advantage yesterday bullmoose had this pre owned 14 and some change and today its gone I will get this might be best buy this weekend or i'll might wait its too bad that target 20 percent off cannot be apply on gotham season 5 bluray meh

Yeah it's 5 season cases into one box.
I'm not saying it kills the set at all. But they could have and I would have preferred a slimmer case.

I agree, I was definitely expecting this to be in like a single 20-disc case or two 10-disc cases or SOMETHING besides a repack.

Oh well, saves me the hassle of making next-to-no money on eBay selling off my seasons 1-4. Just gotta get season 5 by itself

Just based on the packaging it doesn't have a digital code.

The first 4 seasons came with Digital codes, after all they are just the exact same Blu-ray with digital copy versions that are already on shelves everywhere.

the 5th season did not come with a digital copy as I said previously when I first got my set.
However I did ask WB's digital redeem site and they gave me the code to unlock the digital 5th season. Still not sure if it was intended to not come with digital code or not for the 5th season but I still assume seasons 1-4 got digital codes.

Can anyone confirm that the single season release of Gotham Season 5 comes with the digital code? Even though the image in the first post of this thread shows it, images at amazon and wowhd do not show a "digital hd" notation and all this talk about the complete series set not having one has me concerned. Don't want to waste money importing that season set if it doesn't.

Does anyone know what kind of digital code the complete series set comes with? The BRDC page says digital code but then says no to every individual listed type. MA? VUDU?
