Connecting a Buttkicker

From What I understand, you can connect this by using a y-spliiter from your sub-out on your reciever to send the LFE signals to the subwoofer and the Buttkicker. For our current Bose system (Parents like it, what can I do?), we have the V30 model and i don't think the receiver has this kind of connection available. How would you connect a Buttkicker to a Bose System? For those unfamiliar with it, all the speakers (L,R,C,SR,SL) connect to the acoustimass module and then the acoustimass is connected by 1 cable (9 pin connector kind of cable) to the receiver. I would really like to know because I would like to "feel" the movies if you know what I mean and this can be the thing I need without fighting with my parents to get a new system.

I'm pretty sure you can't even connect a dedicated amp to that bose system.....

I don't think you can use a buttkicker with it

The buttkicker requires an amp. So if you can't connect a dedicated amp to this type of Bose system, then it will not work.

I have the buttkicker, and the amp I have is essentially a dedicated amp for the buttkicker itself. Without being able to connect the amp, it just won't work.

You can get the aura bass shakers for about $50 and the Buttkickers are about $125 I believe.
